I have been teaching since 2000. I started my first job in Eau Claire teaching third grade after graduating from UW- Eau Claire. I taught in Eau Claire for three years. My family and I then moved to Birchwood where I taught in the Title 1 Reading Program for seven years. During that time, I completed my Master’s Degree in Reading. I have taught first grade for six years now! My husband and I have three children, all of whom are attending Birchwood Elementary and Middle School!
